Product search runs locally in your browser against the site’s data and is not sent anywhere. We do not receive or store your search text.

Children

The site is directed at parents and caregivers, not at children. The site collects no information about children. Please do not send personal information about children when contacting us.

Ads and cookies

The site does not show ads today and does not set cookies. Advertising, including Google AdSense, may be added later. Before that happens, this policy will be updated to explain the provider’s data use and cookies. We will request consent before advertising cookies are used, including for visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK, with a way to change or withdraw consent.

Recall photos and fonts

Photos on recall pages are loaded directly from cpsc.gov, so your browser contacts CPSC’s servers when you view them, and CPSC receives technical information such as your IP address. Fonts and all other files are served from this site; we don’t load fonts or scripts from other companies.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. This is separate from product search text, which stays in your browser.

We do not use analytics or tracking tools today. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated first, and consent will be requested before any cookies that require it are used.

There are no affiliate links today. Labelled affiliate links may be added later, and this policy will be updated first. If you follow such a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. The partner’s site would handle its own information under its own privacy policy.

Email and retention

If you email pa@ahdeck.com, we use your email address, any name you provide, and your message to reply and, where needed, correct the site. We do this based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and maintaining accurate content.

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing. You can contact us to ask about the information held in your correspondence.

Your privacy rights

Because the publisher is based in Denmark, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or request restriction of its use. Where applicable, you may also request data portability.
